I got a set of A2DP headphones to use with my Treo and my Mac (sadly, being a Treo 700P that hasn't worked out so well)... but anyway, after playing, I'm curious if anyone has considered using A2DP to forward stereo audio from their trunk and AVRCP as rudimentary controls for an empeg? I'm in no danger of it, mine is cockpit mounted...

Revisiting this: I have a Scosche bluetooth audio pair, a receiver which is now hooked to the Aux In on the empeg, and a sender which is just a headphone jack with a battery unit... I actually don't use the sender much now, because Treo 700p+Softick Audio Gateway+Kinoma Player 4.2 = stream WMA via bluetooth, but, I may get back to this; It would mean no need for a remote display (which I can't afford now, anyway) assuming AVRCP could be coopted for enough track selection functionality.
