so I won this auction. this guy has NO intention of selling it to me. I have emailed him every day since the auction ended. NO RESPONSE. I even got his contact info off of ebay and his phone number listed is an out of service rogers cell phone. how disappointing.

He's not entirely unknown here, so I wouldn't assume it's a scam. Maybe he's just out of town for some reason.

As long as you didn't pay and he didn't relist it, it's probably worth waiting for. Good luck.

Now that you mention it, I bet my eBay contact info is out of date too. I set up the account 7 years ago and just forget those details. Could be the same with your seller.

got ahold of him today. he sent a final total and I paid instantly with paypal.
