m.gallimore new poster Registered: 19/06/2007 Posts: 6	Are there any other repair options other than Eutronics??? Their turnaround time right now is about 30 days. I need my music.. the long weekend is coming. I reside in Vancouver , British Columbia. Thanks , Mike

m.gallimore new poster Registered: 19/06/2007 Posts: 6	My technical /computer skills are sadly lacking.I do not have a serial connector nor do I know how to capture the boot log if I did.From what I have gathered it could be the cable , worn out hard drives or bad solder joints.I really appreciate your offer and if you could contact me with more info, sending it to you is probably a better option.
