I'm looking for a Dilbert comic strip that I recall having seen sometime this past fall.

It was something about Dibert meeting with an external sales dude about a contract, and the sales dude agreeing to go away and consider the changes or something. Dilbert's comment was something to the effect that the dude would simply return a month later with the same unchanged contract again.

I want to send it to a (soon to be ex) potential client..

Nobody seems to have a searchable index of anything since about 1999 or so.

You need something like Transmogrifier.org.

That site has helped many slow days go by with every Calvin & Hobbes indexed and searchable.
