Yep, seems that NBC didn't want people recording their hit new American Gladiators, and sure enough, Vista was right there, willing to obey NBC's wishes. Glad to know Microsoft spent some of that 5 year development time implementing broadcast flags that were struck down in court after the FCC tried to mandate them.
