PS. Did I mention btw that over here in Belgium, in a city called Hasselt, they actually prohibit what they call 'driving discobars' ? (Never mind personal freedom in Belgium, who cares about human rights anyway). Police even fine people (and heavily), and we are not talking about making loads of noise after 10 pm or something, we are talking driving around at any time during the day with your radio turned up loud enough for people outside the car to hear it. Never mind the fact that the city themselves have been working on the streets there for more then 2 years althrough the city making a helluvalot more noise then any (well most) boomcars (so to speak) ever could.
