I don't know if my drive might be going out. I hear this weird noise that I didn't notice before. Can somebody help me out on setting up a new HD. I already have a HD that fits the empeg stanard. Thanks!!

...and if your current drive is dying, then what you'll want to do it toss a new drive in their as the primary, load up a new version of the empeg software (9c right now) so that the drive is partitioned correctly w/ an empty playlist, then hook up the second drive and copy the data from /drive1 over to the appropriate place in /drive0 ... (This method can also be used to replace the primary drive with a larger one..)
