Kit journeyman Registered: 03/10/2000 Posts: 69 Loc: San Diego, CA US	My remote recently has started to be really flakey. I am assuming that the battery is the source of my trouble. Anyone replaced the battery in their remote? Is the battery something easy to source at a local store? Searched the BBS and didn't find anything. (Although I didn't search very long, it is taking 20-30 seconds for each page to load from here in the states.. The BBS has been REALLY slow lately.) -Kit

It is used in many watches, calculators, remotes, keyless-entry remotes, etc. You can find it at any electronics store, jewelry store, and many grocery stores in fact. As with any watch/calculator battery, you go by the number on the face of the battery, in this case "2025".
