I remember some company logo that looked something vaguely like the attached image (which I hastily assembled for the purposes of this post). I don't remember what the company was. I vaguely seem to recall it was related to bowling or golf or tennis or some similar sport.

(Note: I'm not thinking of the Subaru car logo. The logo I'm thinking of was more vertically oriented than the Subaru logo, and the stars were multiple colors.)

Anyone remember this?

Other than Polaris, the Powersports vehicle company, I would guess a lot of brands have used stars and star clusters over the years. Could you be thinking of a marketing or advertising company logo?

I don't think it's a compass star, my memory seems to be that it was four-pointed stars, stretched vertically.

The stars might have had frames or borders, like they were embossed or something.

I also have a vague recollection that the company name was three letters like BFG or AMF or AMG or something like that.

I'm remembering it from like the 1970's maybe? Something in my lizard brain is telling me I saw it a lot in a bowling alley, but I could be completely wrong about that.

Edit: I can't find a logo for the AMF bowling company that matches my memory.

It does indeed look like the Steelers logo! But I think I'm remembering a different one which had differently-sized stars. And in my mind, I associate it with something sports-adjacent rather than a particular sports team.
