Just bought myself one of those Philips Pronto 2mb universal remotes, I must say it is awesome, hoever it'll take me next 2 weeks to set it up :),
wouldn't it be cool if there was a universal rotary commander remote available, could use it for both my empeg and pioneer head unit :)

While we're on the subject, has anyone else had good experiences with universal remotes for the empeg? I haven't seen the pronto up close, but I just got a Home Theater Master SL-9000 and it's great, too. I've had to get a bit creative with the button assignments, and some of the Mk2's remote functions couldn't be successfully "learned". For most of those commands, though, the Mk1's remote taught the SL-9000 just fine.
What other remotes have people gotten to work with the empeg(s)?
