Simply amazing visuals great job to all. Hula Hoops looks much better with fog effect trailing. I now have a CLOCK thank you. Question the vis called Image Pan is that changeable?
The Mandelbrott vis is unusal, the analog clock was a shocker is there a reason it's at the left, a future implementation?

It would be quite cool to have a different image for each song, such as
an image of the album cover?
I have this information already (the images) in my personal mp3 database.
Seems to me (if empeg didn't want to add this as a feature) that we could
find the image location in the player's memory and have a process running
that replaces that with an image corresponding to the current fid...
Hmmm... should've probably put this in wishlist. I just wish I had more
spare time so I could hack up something like this.

Although it seems "Notify" is about to die, it would have been a good way to parse out the track data, and then replace the current image file with the one you wanted to display. However, I am not sure that the visual would actually pick this up until you change away from, and then back to, the Image Pan visual for it to reload. Toby would have to answer this one, since he wrote it. One of the few remaining Mk1 owners... #00015

And what happened to the image of Tux in his sports car? That was in the initial demo at Amersfoort! ญญ______________

That would be a very cool change! I have not bothered to update my logo, but if I could update my visual with an album cover or something for any song playing, I would absolutely do that! That would be VERY VERY cool...

IWBNI the clock moved from left to right and back again, to reduce burn-in? Ideally, it would be at the left at the start of the hour, move to the right by half-past, and move back by the time it's (x+1) o'clock. That sounds better than basing the position on time of day or time the player has been on or time on that visual, because the others tend towards particular regions of the screen (e.g. if you drive to/from work at the same time every day). --

I take it this was not implemented, for I've not noticed the clock going anywhere but maybe mines broke as w/other features. But it's still beat so I'm confident they will be fixed.
BTW-IWBNI you're going to have to enlighten me on this one.

Yeah -- It Would Be Neat If we had some sort of an acronym dictionary, wouldn't it?

Or perhaps use Unix time modulo some power of ten - that's unlikely to be biased by anyone's daily/weekly/whatever routine...
PS. To get Toby to read this: 'visual'

Just recently I had the opportunity to pick up a few more during their visit to the area.
Presently I have Hugo, Mike, Peter, Rob, Roger, & Steve's, I'll probably have to go to the UK to get the remaining ones--John & Toby I believe.
Perhaps someday. (I'm impressed you were able to make out what that graphic was after I'd reduced it... )

Nice. My "Hugo" is wearing down unfortunatly. We need to find a more permanent marker for the next US meet, so it stays longer. (I got mine signed when Hugo decided to start writing it a bit more legible )
