All players are now sold. The 60GB players were considerably over subscribed, but most of those customers have been offered 30GB as an alternative.

There is a slim chance that more players could become available, for example if we get failed payments, in which case they will be offered to customers who have already attempted to order, and then thrown open. I'll post updates here - NB we're not maintaining a queue because it is unlikely that any more players will become available.

It looks like the US store still has 20GB and 30GB players.

Is there any chance of you guys being able to get US players shipped intl, as it has already been said the US store rejects UK credit cards, and wont ship over seas?

Cheers

No, no chance. The eStore will only ship within North America. Of course if they can't sell all of their stock then we can get some transfered to the UK, but that seems very unlikely.

I don't think you get a confirmation email from the International store. I ordered a 30Gb on 23rd December. I'm just hoping there are enough players for Empeg to fulfil my order.

I'm guessing both locations will be keeping a small supply of players for warranty and other repair concerns, right? I would guess the same to be true for things like the car dock and remotes.

Service is in hand, and there's no shortage of accessories (apart from tuners).

There's nobody in the office (officially) until Monday. In practice I imported all the orders today so we can process them more quickly next week. Currently there are five customers for whom we have no stock, but I haven't contacted them yet because it's quite possible that some players will become available due to other customers not following through with payment.

I've contacted about 15 customers today because their choice of model is out of stock. They have been offered a different model. Some of those customers may cancel at this stage, freeing up stock for the five people who are out of luck.

Before you ask, sorry, I don't remember who those customers are. I'll get in touch by Monday.

Thanks for the info. Please let us now asap. If I'm one of those 5, I'm gonna try ordering one in the US (while they're still available overthere)

You'll need a US credit card, billing address and shipping address to achieve that.

Hmm, wondering why they bother checking whether one has a US cc??
I have a freigh forwarder adress in the US, that ought to do it, hmmm.

Anyway, I've ordered what I want. (except tuners.)

I would think that this means there is stuff you've ordered which is yet to be shipped to you. (I think?)

mlord, that's fine. Mine said that until the order shipped.

Just received my extra unit today :)
