Anybody know if there any faceplate kits left anywhere?
My ordered kit hasn't materialized (still working on getting it) even though I ordered way back before they were out of stock.

Yes, the team in Cambridge has a bunch of faceplate kits left and has said they'll see what they can do about getting some into the US store if necessary.

Thanks , I keep hearing this but I tend to get impatient when I've been charged for something I don't have in my formerly nicotene stain hands. My main pet peeve is companies that don't let you know what they are doing leaving you in the dark and having to get answers via the BBS. Some companies are good at this and no one gets upset. Whereas SB is telling me nothing at all not even acknowledging the fact there is a missing item.

I don't mean to seem ungrateful to the people here, especially you I'm merely venting, & don't mean to go out on a rant

Update- Can't believe it SB still hasn't sent me my missing faceplate from my original order and it's been almost a month. Even though supposedly the UK has them I still haven't seen nor heard anything on mine.
IMHO that if it wasn't for poor customer relations & SB dropping the ball on the Empeg it would still be around.
But that's just my .02 worth.

Why don't you email [email protected] - you'll get your kit in a few days. Say I sent you.

As far as I know there aren't any in the US now. I'll be opening up the international store to US clients soon.

Thank you Rob email sent and the unit I had to send back for a faulty chip is working great now. I don't understand why SB has to be so hard to work with.

I realize that but at times it sure doesn't seem like one of the team members is pulling it's weight.
