I know it's not supported yet, but has anyone got the software to work under win 2000?
The usb device bit works, and I have empeg-car listed as a device, but on starting emplode it flashes up the "looking for empeg-car" message, then disappears...
In Task manager there is an emplode process, but the app has gone..

If anyone at empeg has a development build they want testing, just shout.. =)

Yeah, I was wondering. My MSDN Win98 CD won't read in the portable,
so I was hoping someone had tried win2000. Shame it's a no-go...
(Time to rip the MSDN CD onto a gold CD. Bah.)
Still, serial's so damn slow, I'm going to have to do something.
Given I'm sitting in front of a hoofing great NT box, (which rips CDs like
there's no tomorrow...), does anyone have _any_ hints as to getting USB
to work under NT4, even if I have to go through something as grotesque as
an LPT <-> USB converter?

Cheers,
Steve.

Nope, I've got the same problem; I'm downloading a stack batch everynight (whenthe synch doesn't fail) via serial. A dual boot setup to Win98 on a seperate partition is the best idea I've come up with as yet.
