Sorry Rob and Hugo. I am not in the business to go out an sell these things for a profit. The automobile that this particular EMPEG was going to be installed in to was involved in a major auto accident, and is totalled. My brother-in-law will not need the empeg now until early next year, so I don't want to make others wait for the unit.

I am in complete awwwwww right now. I actually do not know WHY i have been suspended! I am looking in to it right now. I got the following e-mail back from ebay!

Well gee, thanks for being so specific! I am starting to wonder if they feel the empeg is an illegal item! Or maybe something that doesn't exsist! Well, I have sent a reply to empeg, and we'll see where it goes from here. I am actually really pissed off at them right now!

I hope that's a typo, and that you meant to say e-bay rather than empeg. We certainly didn't have anything to do with this.

If e-bay need some convincing that the product is for real, and if you give me permission to disclose the information, I don't mind confirming that you bought a player from us and that it complies with appropriate regulations.

Yes, that was a typo. I am sorry about that. I still can't get an answer out of Ebay as to why my Auction was killed. I have sent 5 letters now, with no response.
