So, I was trying to create a directory in the root of my empeg, and they always seem to be created with a space in front of them.

ftp> mkdir images
257 "/ images" directory created

If I try mkdir /images, it fails.

Has anyone else seen this behavior? I'm using Hijack 220 and Win2k ftp client.

Chris

Yes, saw it today, using HiJack 225 and the Win2k ftp client. Took me a while to work out what had gone wrong.

It doesn't happen if I use the ftp client from RedHat Linux 7.1, the difference is:

- Win2k ftp uses "XMKD" to create the directory
- Linux ftp uses "MKD" to create it

Yup, good one. Same bug in XRMD as well.

Fixed in v226, hopefully out in a few minutes from now.

Cheers
