does any one have or know where to get hold of thecircuit diagram for the tuner ? if so maybe umm . well any help apriciated

No, there is no tuner schematic out in the wild. You are obviously pretty new around here.

Do a search or two and you'll see there has been much discussion, including the possibility of SonicBlue doing another short production run and also in the last few days of the tuner design being made available to an outside person so they can do a group buy of sorts.

Currently, the progress of getting more tuners made is fairly slow. Be patient - others (like me) already have the same ideas as you.
