I've had my empeg for a couple of months now, and put off installing it in my car because I don't have a tuner. I can't wait forever to see if tuners are actually gonna be produced again so I'm going ahead with the install. I don't have enough space for my sony as well as empeg in my dash, but I still want to listen to the radio.

I just wanted to know if there is anything I should watch out for when hooking the discman up to the empeg. Thanks in advance.

The only thing to worry about is ground loops. If it happens, try grounding the RCA shrouds to the chassis and see if that gets rid of it.

Oh, and headphone outputs have to be turned down much lower than line-level outputs or they will be distorted. If your discman has line-level outputs, use those instead.
