Well, here's the press release. According to the Tivo community forums, if you have the Starz Super Pack, Tivo will automatically record the month's 5 biggest movies. Then, you can play them whenever you want. This is really not true video on demand but I find it pretty cool anyway. Makes Tivo even more mindless to use. I will have 5 (seemingly good) movies to watch every month. Since I never go to the theatre, it's also likely I've never seen them.

These "VOD" movies have a higher status than a suggestion, but lower status than an actively recorded program. This "service" will come at no charge. AT&T VOD subscribers pay $7.99 for the Starz VOD service. F*** cable.

I agree....#%&!! cable...I am a proud ower of a Bell Expressvu PVR and couldn't be happier...much superior service, more available channels and commercial skipping for the same price as our poopy cable service here...

I just keep the category "Movie" up pretty high in my season pass list, and my Tivo records just abut every movie that comes along. Then I just delete the ones I'm not interested in.
