tfabris carpal tunnel Registered: 20/12/1999 Posts: 31565 Loc: Seattle, WA	The only time I saw artifacts like that on my screen was when a heat sink had come loose from one of the video RAM chips on the video card. Cooked the chip, problem didn't get fixed by reattaching the heat sink. New video card was required. _________________________ Tony Fabris
