Aside from grabbing some CGI variables (HTTP_USER_AGENT and HTTP_REMOTE_ADDR) and having a pretty picture or two, I don't know how "novel" this is. In fact, as an example of "prior art," ricin had a dynamic sig on this BBS a long time ago... This dude just decided to ruffle a few feathers by putting supposedly "secret" information about IP addresses and operating systems to scare newbie users.
