Outlook Question

Okay, I've been researching this silly thing all morning, and nobody in my IS department knows the answer, though many would like to know (even though, as I said, it's a silly question).
When you print an email from Outlook (lets say 2003), it prints the name of the user on the top of the printout in larger, bold letters just above the header.
Well, how do I tell it to not print a name there? It would seem to be a simple thing, but Outlook has such limited print options. I suspect it has something to do with the "Memo style," but is that something I can even alter?
Does anyone here know?

After a quick peek, I think you need to open the message then click Tools -> Forms -> Design this form

Cool, I'd never seen that before. Still, I don't think that has any effect on the printout, at least in the area I'm concerned with. The form appears to deal with everything from the header and downwards. The name it prints appears to be something that gets placed there before all that...

Crap. Yeah, that's it. it boggles my mind that it's not possible to remove that.
Put a piece of scotch tape over that part of the paper, and peel it off after printing?

There's a phenomenal amount that you CAN'T configure about Outlook printing. Outlook 2000 and 2003 couldn't print page ranges, only "even" or "odd". Then there's the e-mail and other default layouts. Going slightly off topic, Outlook 2007 has an interesting Microsoft add on; the Calendar Print Assistant. It is the only way to print the FINALLY implemented calendar overlays. But it gives a whole host of other calendar layout options. It's quite a piece, requiring .NET framework 3.0 (Vista style) with all its associated patches. Maybe they rushed O2k7 into production and couldn't include this, so refined it as an add on later. Outlook moves in sometimes mysterious ways.

Quite true. Sometimes I'd even say inversely proportional. I couldn't quite find the right words. The whole thing just didn't look impressive to me. I'd expect to be disappointed if I spent the money...

That would work, but they'll probably be printing a whole lot of emails like this, and that would be quite a bit of work.
The inelegant solution was to create the user a dummy mail profile with a name of his choosing, and open the PSTs he was working out of into that profile. So now when he opens Outlook it asks which profile he wants to use.
Like a said, not very elegant.
