There's even an empeg reference! Sounds very cool, probably an evolution of some of the designs shown off at the empeg meet in 2004. It's really a shame none of the old players shipped after the Karma/Carbon, but at least we can hope some of these designs from Sigmatel will be picked up and actually shipped.

Pedantic, I know, but I'm pretty sure from old beta documentation that it's spelled "Opal". Goes along with "Sapphire", "Quartz", and all that.
