I do. I've got some friends who practice the same thing because of their religion. I respect it, even to the point of making sure that if we make Teriyaki Chicken for a dinner party, we get the kind of sauce that doesn't have alcohol in it.


Oh, I respect it, I'm perfectly fine with it, but it is a little um, extreme when you realize that all of the alcohol has indeed been removed from the items during cooking. I don't want to step on anyone's beliefs, but at that point, you're not really avoiding consumption of alcohol, you're avoiding consumption of previously alcoholic subtances which have had the alcohol boiled away. Nothing wrong with it though.
