Ross' frozen beefburgers list "Beef heart" amongst their ingredients so I refuse to (or can't make myself) eat them.

I remember being taught at school that most commercial beef mince contains a little heart meat, and that in fact it would be pretty tasteless without it. On the other hand, he may have been winding us up: you can never tell with schoolteachers.
