That's funny, I've just hit the same problem.

Funny thing is - I can see output via my terminal program (SecureCRT) over the serial cable - but the upgrader can't find the empeg.

Emplode can't find it over serial either.

I did the upgrade to 1.01RC2 a week ago with the exact same cable.

Ideas?
