The bad part was that I had no clue on how to copy the original drive so once I upgraded to 120GB I had to start all over again.
It's a lot like doing the car player. Instead of the builder image, you use the software CD and say "restore to as new" on the new disk drive. Then you get both drives in the player (gotta temporarily disconnect the CD-ROM drive to do that part), mount the second drive at the shell prompt, and copy the FIDS folder just like the car player. Someone else here on this BBS has done it, and I thought they posted tips...
The only trick is that to get a shell prompt you need a USB keyboard...
Anyway, doing it all over again is another valid method.
