I'm pretty sure the box is entirely in Dlink's hands apart from getting updated builds of Boxee beta. I look for any news regarding the box every now and then, but I haven't seen anything since January. That's how I ended up at Boxee's site yesterday in fact.

I wouldn't expect the box to arrive until some time in late June at the earliest. If we were getting close to seeing Boxee out of beta, that might be a better indicator (if Dlink is waiting on the software).
