As long as there are cars around me I'll be fine. At night time I'll be drinking beer, so there will be no driving when the roads are empty, I guess.

I tried to find out why England decided to drive on the left side of the road. The reason seems to be that farmers back in the days had carriages with a seat/platform on the right side. When traffic increased it was natural to be hanging out on the right side to see the traffic in front, and keep the carriage to the left to see better.

I guess the rest of Europe built their carriages with the seat on the left side (exept for Sweden that drove on the left side of the road up until 1967).
