Thanks for sending the screenshots and the log files.

While reviewing your logs, I could not detect any errors occurring in
CopyTrans Manager.

However, I could indeed reproduce the problem on my side. It looks like
the iPod Shuffle 4G ignores playlists created on the device and track
order in those playlists. Unfortunately there is not much we can do to
go around this limitation.

As mentioned above, this is not a big problem for me. It means I have to drag my audiobooks into CopyTrans Manager one book at a time, in the order I want them to play, rather than drag them all at once. That comes to an extra four or five mouse clicks every couple of weeks.
