What size are the screws that hold the shock mount cradle into place(the screws on the side of the Empeg)?

Though the answer is probably in the parts thread (empeg Wiki?), but my notes indicate that pca once said:

M2.5 x 6 stainless steel pan head pozidrive screws

I ordered the above from McMaster Carr, but they were too wide. So, I successfully use M2 x 6. That's 6mm long, 2mm longer than the originals, it seems.

McMaster Carr part # 7985A4PH2X6 quantity 100

Now you can thread them out every time you open your empeg and always have replacements!

We have exact replacements at the Eutronix link above. Rob S. (schofiel ) also carries them.

M2 vs M2.5 is the thread size. I'm not sure how M2 worked where you should have had M2.5 nor how that would be 2mm longer. M2 should be too small if M2.5 is what is required. Basically the outside of the M thread is 2 or 2.5mm in diameter, the x 6 means it's 6mm long.

From what you are saying perhaps they are really M2 screws and PCA is mistaken?
