The "Large fonts" setting in Windows is a really disgusting feature of the operating system

I still have to use -noresize even though I don't use large fonts. The reason I need -noresize is that I've chosen different styles of font for the menu bar and window title, and so they are a slightly different size than the OS's default fonts.
