I got a brand new 15" Sceptre touch-screen flat panel off ebay about a year back - it was $425 I think, cheaper than regular LCDs at the time and about 1/3 of the cost new. I used it for a while but preferred my Sony Multiscan E100 so I put it on the "family" computer, not that they use the touch screen bit! It's analogue but *very* clear - a lot of LCDs I see haven't been set up correctly, there are some settings that affect the picture greatly (phase is one of them I think) It's a bit too clear for me, I found my eyes going funny so I went back to the old one. I suspect if I get a 21" LCD I would put up with it

M current Sony was bought second hand, 7 months old from a call centre upgrading to LCDs - I think it was about £75, they were about double that new.
