aftyer you added the line to fstab, did you reboot?

and actually, log into the player, umount /drive1
then ls /drive1

is there stuff there? if so, mount /dev/hdc4 /mnt
and then move everything from /drive1 into /mnt
umount /mnt
and reboot.
