Doesn't make sense to me that they would design the Optiplex's so that they don't have AGP slots. Seems to me that they could offer an optional "sideways outrigger" card (whatever you call that riser card the Optiplex's have) that had 2 PCI's and an AGP instead of 3 PCI's as it is now.
