You can probably pick up an 8265 for the same cost as a decent battery.
Hmm it looked like the 8265 was about a hundred bucks after the rebate. I guess they'd knock that off with a renewal, but I don't think they'd give me the same plan I have through work. Also, I think the 8265 is actually a downgrade from the 8260 for my purposes. It's a little bigger, a little heavier, and the only thing it seems to have over the 8260 is WAP which I couldn't care less about.
That Nokia 6100 from another thread looked like the *exact* phone I'd want, except it's not available here, and it wouldn't work on my TDMA service. I guess if I want more choice in phones, I need to switch to a GSM provider.
