Beta 13 prevents that funky bug from happening, but it doesn't correct the mangled list after-the-fact. You would only have that problem if you were running beta 11 before this and messed with the favorite visuals in that version.

But that's probably not what's happening. Like the man said, the reason this is happening is because your root playlist is hosed for some reason. My thing about checking for the beta-11 bug was just a stab in the dark.
