My wife said El Junque was well worth seeing. Make sure you walk to the waterfalls. The city close to El Junque isn't too nice though, so plan on eating/gassing up elsewhere.

She said also you could go to out to the Isle of Culebra, if you like nice beaches.

Also said to try piragua from a street vendor (like a snowcone.)
