Same here. At one time or another I've connected to my empegs using a BEFSR41, WRT54G, and WRT54GS. No problems at all. I think ninti's thread hints at an actual hardware issue, so maybe it was just a defective hub. I've personally been very thrilled with all of my Linksys products, which probably explains why I've got 3 of em spread around my apartment now.
