She has a lawer and he seems pretty on top of it. He's already assured her that this is crap and there's no way she'll lose. All the assurances in the world don't make it easy to deal with a letter saying you're being sued for over a million dollers (yes, it is over a million dollers- one of the above numbers must be wrong because she just confirmed that the total suit is for over a million dollers).
