I assume you mean "there's no chance she'll lose." Otherwise it wouldn't be a very comforting assurance

This does suck. I really don't understand why they doe this, either. I was scared off of downloading just by a warning letter from MGM to my ISP. I didn't like that one bit, and decided that was enough.
