Actualy, as of monday, the ACD is 200 less than the Dell, 400 less if you qualify for an academic discount. I'm still reccomending the dell to customers, as it can be ordered with complete care, which beats any waranty you can get from Apple.

The 30" LCDs are beautiful, no matter who makes them. The resolution and size is just astounding. I'm close to being able to justify one for myself as a bussiness expense, and boy am I hoping that works out.
