Do you mean "own" in the sense of the long term lease kind of thing. Cause I may be under the impression that USians were not allowed to buy such desirable real estate in the land south of the border. Unless, of course I'm mistaken about the other side of that equation.


No, the land is mine.

The Mexican government does not allow foreign ownership in the Restricted Zones (scroll about halfway down the page) but other than land within 50 kilometers of the coastline or 100 kilometers of the National border, foreign ownership of property is permitted.
