Well, I wouldn't do it in a Taxi (about Fl 200!!!!), I would get on the train at the airport and get a return ticket to Amersfoort-Schothorst (about Fl 25-, or GBP 6.00, one-way). It's about 50 minutes, and then there's a direct bus to the meeting from A-S (number 12).
