PSU.

Need to swap the existing PSU with another known-good one and see if that cures it or not. Got another PC in the house somewhere?

I have a crappy spare PSU here that could be used as a freebie loaner, and I have better ones that unfortunately cost money.

But I do plan to be in Toronto next weekend..
