Ok, based on the quiz/solution I linked to late last night, I've developed a solution to the 100% width background div with non-cutting but hidden overflow underlap.

I'd LOVE to be able to shorten the CSS and markup required here, but my attempts at getting rid of the wrapper in favor of stuffing those properties into the body didn't work out.

The original solution also styled the HTML tag, but I generally don't like doing that, and in practice, it actually caused issues with this solution.
