I'm still sticking on the collar and belt, which are called out in white ink on the actual t-shirt. Something about that is tickling the back of my mind, like I should remember it from a specific 80's video. And I can't find any B-52's videos with that particular getup.
How about Lady Miss Kier from Deee-lite? I can't think of her having a beehive, but there's something about the star earrings (which I couldn't make out on the smaller one) and the ring.
