I have Quake III Arena, a paid-for legitimate game that I bought five or six years ago. Maybe longer ago than that.
It was originally installed on my computer at work in Alaska, and I just now finally got around to installing it on my computer here at home.
On my work computer, the game ran without the CD in the CD drive. I have no idea what trickery was involved in making this happen, I think my engineer at the radio station did it.
Does anyone know what I have to do so I don't have to keep putting my CD in the drive to play it?
