Hmm. I could have sworn that Cancel on the Rio remote worked like backspace when doing alphanumeric searches. But I just tried it on 1.03, and it doesn't.

Rewind on the Rio Remote does work like backspace in the alphanumeric searches, but you have to hold down the button.
