There are external M2.NVMe enclosures that connect over USB. Some of these include cloning software as well. Here is one such enclosure (dunno about included software):

I have ordered a similar (identical?) one from Asia for about 1/5 the cost, but it will take a month or so to arrive. Amazon is quicker, but more expensive.
